Our hand-stretched authentic Neapolitan pizzas take centre stage in our modern pizzeria. The dough, crafted with our very own recipe, results in a delicious crust that strikes the perfect balance between chewiness and crispiness.
The pizzas are topped with the best ingredients to create both traditional and unusual flavour combinations, so whether you enjoy a simple margherita or want to try something different, there will be something on the menu for everybody.
The pizzas are then cooked in our new Italian pizza oven producing a charcoaled smoky taste and creating the signature crust of an authentic Neapolitan pizza in the Peak District.
